Service agreement

This is the agreement between Local Search Group (“LSG”, “we”) and the dealership that signs up on this site (“you”). You accept it by ticking the agreement box and paying at checkout. It is written to be read in one sitting.
1. What we provide
- Setup & implementation ($1,500 one-time) — Local Search Group stands your AI advertising up from nothing — the ad account in your name, the campaign structure, and the targeting for the questions your customers actually ask.
- Media ($10,000 per month) — A $10,000 monthly media buy, run and managed daily by Local Search Group — with the creative written, voiced, and cut by the same AI stack. Live in 5 days.
- Performance management ($1,500 per month) — A mid-month performance report each cycle — spend, the questions you showed up against, and what we changed to improve it.
Media and performance management run in 30-day cycles. Setup is a one-time service. Performance management cannot be purchased without media.
2. Your authorization to charge and to buy media
By paying, you authorize LSG to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout today and for each recurring monthly amount shown, until you cancel under section 5. You also authorize LSG to purchase advertising media on your behalf using those funds, and you acknowledge that media, once purchased, cannot be returned. You confirm you are authorized to bind the dealership and to use the payment method.
3. The two ways to start
Paying the $1,500 setup fee. You are charged the setup fee plus your first month today. You may cancel at any time in the first 30 days; after that the monthly items renew month to month until you cancel. The setup fee is charged once and never again.
Skipping the setup fee. LSG still performs the setup work at no charge. In exchange you commit to 90 days of service, billed as 3 months in one payment today. This payment is non-refundable and the term cannot be cancelled early. After the 90 days the monthly items renew month to month until you cancel.
4. Renewals and billing
Each monthly item renews automatically at its then-current price ($10,000 per month for media) on the same card, 30 days after the previous cycle began — or, on the committed path, when the 90-day term ends. If a renewal payment fails, service is paused until the payment method is updated; nothing is cancelled without your instruction. You can update your card at any time through the subscription portal.
5. Cancelling
Cancel yourself at the subscription portal using the email you paid with, or by emailing jim@localsearchgroup.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the cycle already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. Committed-path payments are not refundable in any part.
6. What we need from you
Your website address at checkout, and permission to open an advertising account in your dealership’s name and to represent your inventory, offers, and location in the ads. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the inventory and pricing your website shows, which the ads draw from. Your ads are live within 5 days of payment; we email you the ad copy and the zip codes we advertise into before they go live.
7. What we do not promise
Advertising results depend on your market, your inventory, and the platforms the ads run on. LSG does not guarantee any number of leads, sales, impressions, or placements, and does not control the platforms’ policies or availability. Our obligation is to perform the services in section 1 with professional care.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, LSG’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid LSG in the three months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Media spend already purchased on your behalf is not recoverable.
9. The rest
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is the whole agreement between us for these services; changes take effect for new cycles after we post an updated version here with a new version number. Questions go to jim@localsearchgroup.com.
